The Two Tier Principle Was “Moral Obligation,” And, “Economic Added Value” To Ghana’s National Economy.

This Historic Event Mushroomed Throughout The Global Diaspora World Like a Powerful Tsunami Ocean Wave, Enabling Ghana To Capture The Loving Hearts And Minds Of The Global African Diaspora.  Thereby, Ghana Becoming The Number One Tourism And Travel Destination in Africa, For The Global African Diaspora.* *Thus, To This End, The Birth Of The ‘Year Of Return’ ‘2019 Was Born.

‘Year Of Return’ ‘2019:The African Diaspora Visiting Ghana Injected $2.2 Billion U.S. Dollars into  Ghana’s National Coffers.

Whereas, African Citizenship is Now Being Offerd To The African Diaspora From Such African Nations As Sierra Leone, Gabon, Tanzania, The Gambia Republic Of Benin, Liberia, Togo, Mali, Guinea Bissau, and, Sebegal* *It Is Anticipated In The Immediate Future That More African Nations Will Follow Ghana’s Model Of Granting Citizenship To The African Diaspora More.
