Damcity Tv surprises Mentally and physically challenged in the Asuogyaman district on Boxing day

Damcity Tv headed by our Founder and CEO Mr. Reindolf Botchway with a Mental health nurse, Miss Shine, went on the streets from Akosombo to Akrade in the Asougyaman District on Boxing Day 26th December 2022 to Spread the love that comes with celebrating Christmas with the Mentally and Physically Challenged on the streets.  

Package comprises of  20 packs of Jollof, chicken, salad, samosa pastries, drinks, and chocolate toffees and water.

Our Donation took us from Akosombo through Mangoase, Tursker, Atimpoku to Akrade and back to Akosombo.

Our Guest, Miss Shine, who has enormous experience with mentally ill people played the leading role of distributing foods to them and also having conversations with some.

She stated that, some of the illness can be worked on if they were brought to the hospital. She encourage that families shouldn’t neglect people suffering from mental illness but bring them to the hospital for treatment. God bless you Ms. Shine.

The donation exercise was successful and therefore the Damcity Tv team wants to use the opportunity to thank the following people who made this exercise possible.

We want to express our deepest and sincerest gratitude to Madam Dela Kumah, a caterer, founder of Dels Cuisine, for preparing the food and also sponsoring us with 10packs of Jollof rice and pastries. Another thanks goes to these individuals who supported with cash. Mr & Miss (Anonymous), who are passionate about supporting vulnerable and needy people in the community donated some amount towards the donation.

Mr. Peter, Mr. kwabena, Mrs. Lily, Ms. Comfort and Mr. Bernard supported massively by commiting some money to the project. God bless you all.
